Scintel Releases Predictive Analytics Solution – CustomerIQ 1.0

After an extended beta test period, Scintel Technologies is pleased to make CustomerIQ available to a larger user base.

CustomerIQ identifies customers who are likely to churn, and predicts risk adjusted revenues and profitability. Sales and Marketing executives can use CustomerIQ to improve customer retention, manage revenue risk, and predict and optimize profitability.

Each period (for example, month or quarter), you load in your transactional data and customer profiles, review CustomerIQ’s insights and predictions, and use the information to focus on mitigating your key retention risks. Initial setup might take a few weeks – ongoing analysis just a few days during the review period. CustomerIQ has prefigured templates for the Retail Banking and Life and Annuity industries, in addition to a generic template that can be configured for other industries.
