In typical engagements the Scintel's offsite and offshore team becomes an extension of the onsite team. Typically, all the team members work on the same development environment. In some cases, environments are replicated at all other locations. The offsite and offshore are connected through a dedicated Virtual Private Network (VPN), or a leased line. Environment is secured through firewalls and other security products. Throughout the Software Development Life Cycle onsite, offsite, and offshore teams work closely together.
